The Holdout

This was the last boat on Lake Harriet in a recent fall to not be claimed and stored for the winter.  In the choppy mist it seemed to be a reminder of how it sometimes feels to be unwilling to compromise.

The Reflecting Pool Revisited

The Reflecting Pool just southwest of Lake Calhoun revisited.  This pool has been a favorite site for painters and one of my works that attempted to capture this spot was fortunate enough to win two Best of Shows.  That one is not for sale, but this one, a somewhat different view, but similar, is.  Comments are welcome.

The Conservatory House

This is a very unique house in Linden Hills called the Conservatory House.  It has four bedrooms and a sunroom as well.  Some unfinished space with vaulted ceilings beckons.  People living here must love the light.
