Summer Supper on the Porch

Cut up some fresh tomatoes.
Add some fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, and salt and pepper:




 Cook some penne pasta.  Mix it all together.  Fry some fresh or frozen onion in olive oil.  Drizzle both oil and onion over the top, toss, and voila:  Supper!


Some purchased banana bread for dessert could make it all super easy.



And how about some smoothies to top it off?
